Shopping on the High Street with the Minx, who set off c. 10.45 for her day’s meeting.

13.45    Computing, e-flurrying. Off to the police station for 14.00.

15.29    Meeting with the Mother and one of the two young men who did damage to our home; and two police officers. I opted for the Restorative Justice (wiki) rather than to put two sixteen-year olds into the system. Entry to the system would effectively deny them university education and worthwhile job opportunities. I am hopeful. The sergeant in charge mentioned he was moved by my comments.

Redemption is an actual event…
Redemption is a process of repair in which the repair job may become stronger than the original model.

Back to e-flurrying.

And even a little practicing.

17.50    A hot date with the Minx this evening: off to the cinema in Worcester.

21.45    Wonderful! Not sure how much a small event like this might mean to others, but the conditions of my life have not allowed for such simple events as a spontaneous hot date with my Wife, before around March 2012. Astonishing? I have never been able to explain the circumstances of my life to others.  But currently, it is the life of one very busy man rather than two very busy men, one of whom was consistently acting in a field riven by conflict, hostility, greed and fundamental dishonesty.

Nevertheless, my overall report is that the future is becoming increasingly available, and whispering gently.

Now time to play with WillyFred, continuing to need support and reassurance following his dentistry.
